Delivery Schedule & Lead Time Policy

Rose arrangements are not eligible for same-day or next-day delivery. A minimum lead time of two (2) days is required. Please plan accordingly.

We do not offer same-day delivery for any flower orders. Next-day delivery is only available if ordered before 14:00 (Japan Time), and is not available in:

• Fukuoka
• Hokkaido
• Saga
• Nagasaki
• Kumamoto
• Oita
• Miyazaki
• Kagoshima
• Okinawa
• Other small and remote islands

No deliveries on Sundays unless ordered at least two (2) days in advance.

Recipient Availability and Rescheduling Policy

If the recipient is not at home, a notice will be left. They can reschedule at their convenience. If no contact is made within two (2) days, the order is forfeited and non-refundable.

Service Coverage

Delivery is limited to addresses within Japan. No international deliveries. Deliveries to military bases or APO/FPO addresses are not accepted.

How We Deliver Flowers in Japan

Orders are packed securely and delivered via Yamato Transport Co., Ltd., a trusted door-to-door service in Japan.

Time-Specific Delivery Requests

Preferred time frames may be requested but are not guaranteed. We may contact the recipient to confirm availability.

Delivery Confirmation

Customers may request confirmation of delivery. Contact our support team for updates.

When the Recipient Is Not Home

If the recipient is unavailable, a notice is left. If no response is made within two (2) days, the order is considered complete and non-refundable.

We guarantee freshness and quality. Each delivery includes a toll-free domestic phone number for assistance.

Cancellation and Return Policy

To cancel, contact us at least two (2) days before delivery. No late cancellations accepted. Defective items will be replaced. No refunds if delivery is refused by the recipient.

Surprise Delivery Policy

We generally contact recipients before delivery. This helps avoid missed deliveries. Sender name can remain secret until the gift is opened. Leaving flowers unattended is not allowed under Japan’s Fire Defense Law.

Ordering Flowers with Other Products

If ordering flowers with other gifts, they may arrive in separate packages due to handling differences.

If a holiday falls on Sunday, the following Monday may be observed. Weekdays between two holidays are also treated as holidays in Japan.
